When will my order arrive?
All orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. All shipping times include processing times and are as follows:
USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING: 3-8 business days ($6.99 flat rate)
What does my order status mean?
Processed: Your order has successfully been accepted by the website and is currently pending to be reviewed by our internet department and moved to the warehouse for picking.
Queued: Your order has been reviewed by our internet department (meaning all your customer notes have been read and taken into consideration, any personal notes to your recipient have been written on a gift tag). The order is now sent to the shipping department for packaging.
Completed: Your package has left the warehouse and is now at a FedEx shipping facility. By this stage you will have received a FedEx tracking number in your email so you can continue to follow the status of your order after it has left our warehouse.
Not Finished: Your order did not go through. In most cases, this is because the order was incomplete and/or the user decided not to finish placing the order. Your credit card was NOT charged. If you have received this message, but still want to place an order, please sign in and complete the checkout process.
Failed: If receiving this message, it is likely that your credit card was declined, or you have used a form of payment not accepted by our system.
Where do you ship to?
Our orders can be shipped to anywhere within the continental United States, including P.O. boxes. However, we can accept orders from virtually any country as long as the package is to be shipped to the United States.
Where are you located?
Our distribution center is located in Southern California in the United States. All orders placed are shipped out of this warehouse, and therefore transit times are calculated based on this location.
I live in Southern California, can I just drop by and purchase directly from your warehouse?
Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public and we therefore do not sell directly out of our warehouse.
Where do the products come from?
All of our Haldiram products are 100% authentic and are manufactured and packaged in India by Haldiram. We continually import fresh namkeens into the Long Beach port. Our mithais and other sweets are flown over directly from India.
How long will my products last?
Most of our prodcuts (with the exception of the mithais which are perishable sweets) have a lifespan of one year from the manufactured date. The mithais generally have an expiration date three months after the manufactured date.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect & are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personal identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically recieve & record information on our server logs from your browswer including your IP address, cookie information & the page(s) you visited. We will NOT sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment & personal inforamtion is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standar & among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
